Tasting Notes
The aroma of this richly perfumed wine cascades out of the glass with the scent of freshly budded roses and tulip fields covered in morning dew. Fermented with native yeast and 40% new oak, the flavors awaiting are equally lovely and reminiscent of milk chocolate covered cranberries, red plums, and cherry cola. This wine will refresh and brighten the palate while it finishes with the subtle bitterness of cardamom and cacao. With its youthful energy, this wine has a long lifespan but is perfect to drink now at any gathering of loved ones around the table.
Food Pairing Notes
This wine loves great food almost as much as we do and will be perfect to pour alongside charred sweet peppers and Italian sausage fresh off the grill. It will also sing with a summer squash filled ravioli in a brown butter and sage sauce.
