"Experience the matured elegance of the 2017 Laki’s Estate Cabernet Sauvignon, as it offers a captivating bouquet with notes of wet stone and green peppercorn amidst a backdrop of black olive, dried sage, menthol, and a whisper of toasted coconut. The palate presents a velvet touch, laden with black fruit and licorice, supported by firm, dusty tannins, culminating in a beautiful, lingering finish. Our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is designed for that spontaneous dinner party that requires an awe-inspiring wine to wow your guests. We are always looking for ways to perfect each vintage and this year the flagship wine of our portfolio got some added attention. This was the first time we have been able to age the wine in barrel for 24 months adding more depth and complexity.
