Coming from our newest vineyard source, Vivio Vineyard in Bennett Valley, this wine is a true representation of the cooler climate in which the Syrah fruit is grown. The pale salmon hue hints at the lighter characteristics experienced on the nose and palate. It offers fragrant aromas of fresh strawberries, watermelon rind, and hints of floral notes. The palate has refreshing acidity and a crisp texture, with flavors of white peach, citrus, and subtle herbal notes. The wine concludes with a clean and dry finish leaving you wanting more.
